How to Check Shipping Charges?
Please add item you intend to buy to the shopping cart, follow the on-screen instruction, fill in the shipping address and you will see the exact shipping charges and total amount. You can exit if you decided not to order at that point.

All the shipping rates will be calculated on the web site. The actual shipping rates are determined according to destination, product weight, service type, etc. The shipping rates are include shipping, handling, and insurance fees. There is a slight chance that UPS's web site may be down or unreachable. If this happens, customers placing orders will wait for up to 60 seconds while the system tries to contact UPS. If the site cannot be contacted at all shipping will not be calculated correctly, but it will still allow the customer to place the order. The customer will be notified about any shipping cost corrections.

Phone orders may have higher shipping and handling rates then on-line orders. Actual rates will be quoted over the phone.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All deliveries require a signature to be released.

For your protection against credit card fraud, we require that your shipping and billing addresses match. However, if you wish your order to be sent to another address, please notify your credit card issuing bank of the shipping address, for "Address Verification" purposes. To register an address with the issuing bank, please call the Customer Service number, which is located on the back of your credit card. If the shipping address is different from the credit card billing address, your order may be delayed for verification. Address Verification protects against credit card fraud. If we aren't able to verify your shipping address with your issuing bank, then we CANNOT process your order. 

DISCLAIMER: Aaronix uses the services of UPS/DHL/FedEx and is not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipments outside UPS/DHL/FedEx's primary delivery areas. Aaronix is not liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of shipping and handling. National holidays may delay shipment.

Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.

To prevent credit card fraud all orders we ship are traceable. We will prosecute any fraud. Suspicious orders will immediately be reported to the FBI and higher authorities.

All deliveries REQUIRE A SIGNATURE to be released. Recipient must be at the shipping address during the day to sign and accept the package. Packages that are returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer's expense, or a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee.


To take advantage of this warranty, you must do following:

Contact our tech. support by dialing 714-258-2269 If it is determined that your product requires service, you will be issued an RMA number. Pack the defective product securely for shipping. Include only the product(s) that are defective. To ensure prompt service, customer should provide a detailed and specific description of problems for returning the product. Ship the defective product, the copy of original invoice, and the RMA number to:

Make certain that your RMA number is displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping package. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. This warranty is void if the product is damaged in transit. Please insure your shipment.
